Focused on self-healing, my training takes place in Vancouver, WA and encourages you to incorporate the Usui System of Healing into your daily life, making it a way of life, and enhancing your well-being.
All classes are offered with the option of one-on-one or group training when demand allows it.

Reiki Level I Training
$350
Prerequisites: Receive one Reiki treatment before class begins.
This two day in-person course serves as an initiation into the Usui System of Natural Healing, and the history of Reiki Healing, offering a profound introduction to Reiki.
You'll explore foundational principles that promote balance, harmony, and the flow of universal life force energy. The class will guide you in integrating these philosophies into your daily life, fostering mindfulness, self-care, and healing.
Reiki Level I focuses on personal growth and self-healing. You'll learn techniques for practicing Reiki on yourself, enhancing your well-being and spiritual development. Additionally, you'll be introduced to methods for administering Reiki to others.
A key aspect of the training is receiving four attunements, sacred rituals that open your energy channels to effectively channel Reiki energy.
You will also receive your Reiki Lineage, customized Reiki I Manual and a Reiki I Certificate upon completion of this training.

Reiki Level II Training

Prerequisite: Completion of Reiki I six months or more prior to the Level II
My Reiki II course is a one day in-person class designed to deepen your connection to Reiki energy and enhance your spiritual discipline. This immersive training expands your healing abilities while strengthening your spiritual growth and understanding.
Experience the powerful Reiki II attunement ceremony, which heightens your sensitivity to Reiki energy and opens new channels for healing and spiritual development.
Learn the sacred Reiki symbols, integral to the Reiki II practice, which unlock specific energies and enhance your healing sessions. Develop beaming techniques to channel Reiki energy over a distance and master the art of sending Reiki across time and space.
This class includes a customized Reiki II manual and Reiki Level II Certificate, signifying your advanced level of training.

Reiki Master Level Training

Prerequisite: Completion of Reki I & II six months or longer prior to the start of the Master Class.
This master class is crafted for those eager to deepen their understanding and mastery of Reiki energy healing. In this class, you will be guided through the sacred process of the Master Attunement and the integration of the Master Symbol, empowering you to connect more profoundly with universal life force energy.
The Master Attunement serves as a powerful initiation, enhancing your ability to channel Reiki energy at a higher frequency.

The Master Symbol is a cornerstone of your advanced Reiki practice. Additionally, you will learn the art of giving attunements and initiating new practitioners, enabling you to pass on the sacred traditions of Reiki.

Q: How is Reiki Training different here versus a weekend training somewhere else?
A: Training at Peaceful Nurtured Wellness (PNW) Reiki is built around Reiki as a way of life. My approach blends Eastern and Western Reiki philosophies with a focus on self-healing first.
Many weekend classes move you through all three levels in a matter of days. Here I encourage at least six months between levels, so you have real time to work on your personal growth and adapt Reiki into your life; absorbing, practicing and feeling the energy before going deeper.
Each level comes with a custom manual I wrote specifically for this training.
Beyond the classes, I offer my continued mentorship. That means you can reach out for guidance long after the course ends, allowing you guidance as you grow into your practice.
